Can I use Go2 if I’m unemployed or looking for side income?
Yes! Go2 is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work or starting their own service-based business.

What services can I offer?
You can offer services in areas like home maintenance, tutoring, personal care, professional services, delivery, cleaning, repair, wellness, and more.


Profile Setup and Verification

What documents are required to verify my profile?
A valid ID, proof of address, a selfie, and any applicable trade certifications or references.

How long does it take to get verified?
Typically within 24–72 hours after all documents are submitted correctly.

Can I add or change my service offerings later?
Yes, you can update your services anytime from your dashboard.

How do I improve my visibility on Go2?
Ensure your profile is 100% complete, upload professional photos, respond quickly to requests, and collect positive reviews.


Jobs and Availability

How do I get matched with jobs?
The app matches you with nearby customers based on your listed services, availability, location, and profile strength.

Can I work part-time or full-time?
Absolutely. Go2 is designed for maximum flexibility.

How do I manage my working hours?
Set your availability in the app’s calendar or dashboard at any time.

Can I accept or decline jobs freely?
Yes. You’re always in control. Declining too many may affect your ranking.

Can I offer services in multiple areas or provinces?
Yes, add multiple locations to your profile to expand your reach.


Pricing and Earnings

How do I set my rates?
You define your own pricing per service. Go2 may suggest ranges based on market trends.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. Go2 only charges a transparent commission on completed jobs.

How and when do I get paid?
After the customer confirms job completion, funds are processed and paid directly to your bank account.

Where can I view my earnings?
In your app dashboard under “Earnings” or “Payments.”

Can I offer bundled or promotional pricing?
Yes. You can create special offers to attract more bookings.

Does Go2 handle tax payments for me?
No. You’re responsible for your tax declarations. We provide earnings reports to assist you.


Customer Communication & Interaction

How do I contact customers?
Use the secure in-app chat or call feature.

Can I negotiate with customers?
Yes, you can discuss pricing, timing, and job scope before accepting.

What if a customer is late, cancels, or doesn’t show up?
Report the incident through the app. Go2 has policies in place for late cancellations or no-shows.

Can I rate customers?
Yes, to ensure mutual respect and transparency.

Can customers leave public reviews about my service?
Yes. Positive feedback helps build your reputation.


Platform Support

What support does Go2 offer?
We provide live chat, email, and phone support, plus online help guides and video tutorials.

Contact support or check the Help Center. Most app issues can be resolved quickly.

Safety and Trust

How does Go2 ensure platform safety?

Does Go2 provide any insurance?
Not at this time. We encourage vendors to get their own liability insurance.

Can I change my bank or contact details?
Yes, all personal and financial details can be updated via your profile settings.

What happens if I lose access to my account?

Is my personal information secure?

Can I manage team members or sub-providers?
Currently, only individual profiles are supported. Team features are coming soon.

Can I link Go2 to my website or booking system?
Integration is not yet available, but you can refer customers to your Go2 profile link.

Can I upload a portfolio or certificates?
Yes. Images, documents, and qualifications can be added to your profile for credibility.

Can I receive alerts for emergency jobs?
Yes. Enable “Urgent Jobs” in your notification settings to be first in line.

Does Go2 work on tablets or computers?
Yes, Go2 is mobile-first but accessible via most web browsers for management tasks.
